All content on Retired to Rewired, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, videos, audio, software, and course materials (the “Content”), is the property of Bob Moore/Retired to Rewired or its licensors and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use our Content for personal, non-commercial purposes only.

Restrictions

You may NOT:

  • Copy, modify, distribute, transmit, display, reproduce, publish, license, or create derivative works from our Content without explicit written permission
  • Use our Content for any commercial purpose without authorization
  • Remove, alter, or obscure any copyright, trademark, or other proprietary notices
  • Frame or mirror any portion of our website without permission
  • Share your login credentials or course access with others

User-Generated Content

If you submit content to our website (such as comments, testimonials, or forum posts), you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, perpetual, irrevocable license to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, translate, distribute, and display such content in any media.

You represent and warrant that:

  • You own or have the necessary rights to the content you submit
  • Your content does not violate the rights of any third party
  • Your content does not violate these Terms
  • We reserve the right to remove any user-generated content that violates these Terms or is otherwise objectionable, at our sole discretion.

When you purchase a course, digital product, or membership:

  • You receive a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access the content for personal use only
  • Access is typically granted for the lifetime of the product, unless otherwise specified
  • We reserve the right to modify, update, or discontinue products at any time
  • You may not share, resell, or redistribute course materials or products

Pricing and Payment

  • All prices are listed in U.S. Dollars unless otherwise stated
  • Prices are subject to change at any time, but changes will not affect orders already placed
  • Payment is due at the time of purchase
  • We use secure third-party payment processors and do not store your complete credit card information

Refund Policy

Digital Products and Courses:

We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee on most digital products and courses. To request a refund:

  • Requests must be submitted within 30 days of purchase
  • You must provide a reason for the refund request
  • Refunds are granted at our sole discretion
  • Abuse of our refund policy may result in denial of future refunds or account termination

Coaching and Consulting Services:

  • Due to the personalized nature of these services, refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis.
  • Community Memberships:
  • Monthly memberships may be canceled at any time. No refunds for partial months. Annual memberships may be refunded on a prorated basis within 30 days.

  • OUR TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ANY CLAIMS ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF OUR SERVICES SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO US IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.

  • Your continued use of our Services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not agree to the new Terms, you must stop using our Services.

Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Iowa, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Dispute Resolution

Informal Resolution: Before filing any formal claim, you agree to first contact us at support@retiredtorewired.com to attempt to resolve the dispute informally.

Binding Arbitration: If we cannot resolve the dispute informally, any dispute arising from these Terms or your use of our Services shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association.

The arbitration will take place in Coralville, Iowa or remotely via video conference. Each party will bear its own costs and fees.

Class Action Waiver: You agree that any arbitration or proceeding shall be limited to the dispute between you and us individually. To the fullest extent permitted by law, you waive any right to pursue disputes on a class action, consolidated, or representative basis.

Exceptions: Either party may seek injunctive or other equitable relief in court to protect intellectual property rights or confidential information.

Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations on dispute resolution, so the above provisions may not apply to you.

Miscellaneous

Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and any other legal notices or agreements published by us, constitute the entire agreement between you and Retired to Rewired regarding our Services.

Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.

Waiver

Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms shall not be deemed a waiver of such right or provision.

Assignment

You may not assign or transfer these Terms or your rights under these Terms without our prior written consent. We may assign these Terms at any time without notice to you.

Force Majeure

We shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performance due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, war, terrorism, natural disasters, or internet service failures.
